Refund policy
At Moosa Haroon, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please review our policy below:
1. Exchange Policy:
β’ You can exchange any item within 7 days of delivery.
β’ The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
β’ Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
2. Return & Refund:
β’ We offer refunds only if the product received is damaged or wrong (different size/color than ordered).
β’ To claim a refund, you must provide a photo/video of the defect on our WhatsApp: +923708596321Β within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
β’ Refunds will be processed via Bank Transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash within 7 working days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
3. Shipping Charges:
β’ If the item is damaged, we will bear the return shipping costs.
β’ If you want to exchange for a different size or change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
